I have worked for global travel network for many years, and they deliver what they promise, or I wouldn’t still be there. They have a complaint hotline to fix immediate problems, and the reps and managers are always help accountable. Stupid comments on internet sites are irrelevant, because 98% of the time, the issue is some unauthorized telemarketer from a foreign country calling and making unrealistic gift promises via coldcalls , that wants to sell prospects to Global, and Global takes the heat. Actual Global members are extremely happy, there are tens of thousands, and maybe 1/2 a dozen dissatisfied members. You do the math, and decide if 5 (or even 50) complaints outweigh 10,000 happy people. Yeah, people fall for negativity when they are uninformed. They are a good company, with high regard for client satisfaction.
